We prepare each Treelance piece with intention and care. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package begins its journey.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days within the U.S. and 7–15 business days for international destinations.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us at info@treelance.us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
