As they say, "happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony". Too much of something doesn't always have the outcome we hope for, and not enough of something can lead to the same consequences. .

Use your breath to follow intuition. Maybe some days the yoga poses will flow freely while other days the poses may feel rigid and forced. Motherhood is just the same—you have to learn to just go with the flow.
Bring patience off the mat
Learning and advancing in your practice takes time and patience. It is a journey, and all the steps along the way make it worth the effort. It will not always be easy, but with patience you can make it through the day, accepting and embracing where you are.
To raise whole children, you need to be whole too.
We all love our kids and would like to spoil them with attention, but it's important to take care of yourself too. That is why yoga is so magical. Whether you squeeze in a 60-minute studio class before picking up the kids, a 15-minute yoga video first thing in the morning while the rest of the house sleeps, you can have time for your physical body, heal emotional wounds, and connect through your breath and movement to something higher than yourself.
