Today we’d like to introduce you to Karina Catellani

Hi KARINA, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’m Karina Catellani, founder of Treelance Yoga, an Amazon-centered e-commerce brand, and a new mom to my precious 9-month-old son, Liam, born here in Miami.

My journey began in Argentina, where I grew up with a love for adventure, independence, travel, and yoga. In Buenos Aires, I pursued a career in PR and marketing, and after gaining experience there, I moved to Miami, where I supported talented Hispanic artists at Latin World Entertainment. In my role as Director of PR, I honed my skills in social media and branding, built valuable connections, and ultimately laid the groundwork for creating Treelance Yoga—a business that reflects my values.

Since 2016, Treelance Yoga has grown into a Latina-owned brand offering sustainable, organic yoga-inspired apparel and accessories. Treelance Yoga mission is to promote mindful, balanced living through products that feel great and support people in their practice and daily lives.

Alongside running my business, I’ve completed four yoga teacher trainings—in Miami, Singapore, Thailand, and Costa Rica—and have been teaching yoga for over eight years.
Treelance has given me the freedom to work from anywhere with an internet connection, allowing my husband and me to live in Singapore for a time in 2018 and explore much of Asia—a continent I find incredibly beautiful and heartening.

Now back in Miami, balancing entrepreneurship with motherhood has been both challenging and rewarding. Returning to teach yoga at State of Yoga in Miami Beach after pregnancy and postpartum has reconnected me with the purpose that first inspired my journey. Managing Treelance Yoga while raising Liam often feels like juggling two full-time roles, but it’s a labor of love, and I’m learning each day to find balance.

I feel surrounded by love, living here with my husband, Andres (from Spain), our son, Liam, and our rescued dog, Betty. They are my inspiration and strength in everything I do.
