Hey there Yogis!

One of the biggest misconceptions when beginning a spiritual journey is believing that eternal happiness is the ultimate goal.

But here is something important to remember:

You are allowed to feel unhappy.

Expecting yourself to feel happy all the time is often the fastest way to feel disconnected from your true emotional experience.

Living fully means allowing yourself to feel.

To live in a body that is connected to its emotional capacity requires openness.

It requires vulnerability.

The ability to remain open is a skill.

It involves expanding our tolerance for both pleasant and unpleasant sensations.

Staying open when we feel like shutting down.

Staying open when it might feel easier to walk away.

Today, we invite you to embrace vulnerability ♥

I. The world is a beautiful place

by Lawrence Ferlinghetti

The world is a beautiful place to be born into

if you don’t mind happiness
not always being so very much fun

if you don’t mind a touch of hell
now and then
just when everything is fine

because even in heaven
they don’t sing
all the time

II. Child’s Pose

Balasana

Child’s Pose, or Balasana, invites the body into a moment of stillness and rest.

It is a foundational posture that reminds us that rest can be just as valuable as action.

Pausing requires courage.

Listening inward requires honesty.

Balasana invites us to temporarily release external expectations and reconnect with what we truly need.

With the humility and curiosity of a child, this posture encourages openness, softness, and trust.

Practicing Child’s Pose can support emotional release and promote a sense of calm.

Physiologically, the pose activates the parasympathetic nervous system, often called the relaxation response, while helping deactivate the stress response.

This may help regulate blood pressure and reduce feelings of tension.

Learning to surrender into the pose can be a meaningful step toward self-awareness and emotional balance.

III. C'mon C'mon | Movie

C'mon C'mon is a gentle and introspective film that explores vulnerability, connection, and emotional growth.

Shot in beautiful black and white, the story follows Johnny, a radio journalist played by Joaquin Phoenix, who unexpectedly becomes responsible for caring for his young nephew, Jesse.

As they travel together across the country, their relationship evolves through honest conversations, shared experiences, and moments of misunderstanding.

Through the voices of children interviewed for Johnny’s radio project, the film reflects on how younger generations perceive the world and their future.

C'mon C'mon captures both the tenderness and complexity of human connection.

It shows how vulnerability can open the door to deeper understanding — not only of others, but of ourselves.

Watch one of the most touching scenes from the film.

We will get back to you shortly, Yogis.
